This project was a complete interior demolition and remodel and new façade on this building in historic downtown Dubuque. On this CMaR project, Tricon worked very closely with the Owner on designing, scheduling, and phasing sequences of this project. We worked very hard on pre-construction phase to make sure the Owner would get the desired results for its budget and timeframe. Tricon put together bid packages for subs as well as self-performed a lot of the construction. This 12,100 SF facility was completely gutted and restored in 180 days.
