Tricon performed the Concrete, General Construction, Framing, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings and EIFS on this hospital addition and renovation. This project was performed in two-phases with 29,000 square feet of new construction space and more than 22,000 square feet of renovated square footage.
Phase 1 consisted of a new main entrance, registration areas, gift shop, full service cafeteria and dining hall, connected atrium between hospital and current Family Medical Clinic building, new Therapies department, new Marengo Family Medical Clinic, new outpatient clinics able to accommodate three specialists, new waiting space, and all new parking lot with convenient drop-off, pick-up and and parking.
Phase 2 consisted of renovations that expanded and enhanced laboratory, radiology, emergency department, infusion center, respiratory therapy, private and lager patient rooms, new hospice suite, two unit intensive care suite, and two labor-delivery-postpartum suites.
