Tricon was the general contractor for the remodeling and addition project to this elementary school in Iowa City. Sitework included minor paving removal and replacement and landscaping. Mechanical work included the installation of a geothermal mechanical system, fire suppression system, plumbing systems, and related work. Electrical work included new electrical service, power distribution system, lighting system and telecommunications work associated with the remodeling. The architectural scope included an addition and remodeling of the administrative office area, new exterior walls and windows, new ceiling tile and grid, floor and wall finishes and casework.

I have received many compliments regarding all of the Tricon workers and, especially, Matt. These have come from students, parents, and staff! Matt complements our building focus on Being Respectful, Responsible, Caring and Safe.
