A 2000 square foot footprint addition was constructed above the existing boiler room. Nestled between two wings of the school, the foundations reach into the basement of the existing building, while the roof framing towers to a height of 58 feet above first floor.
The 73 foot tall structure includes spaces for scene storage, a new mechanical room, a lift, extended stage depth, a scene shop, general storage and provides for new fly gallery space. New floor framing was added under the existing stage to provide space for rough storage.
The auditorium received new seating, heating and air conditioning systems, new finishes and an extensive catwalk system. Existing spaces were remodeled to provide dressing rooms.
