Located at the water’s edge, the Terry Trueblood Lodge and Boathouse provide a scenic indoor space for the community to hold large gatherings and business functions. The buildings consist of a large, dividable multi-purpose room, lobby area, kitchen, storage, and restroom facilities. Material palette was consistent with a lodge feel. Glu-lam beams for the structure, wood ceilings, stone veneer, copper siding, polished concrete floor, and glass railings; materials that are used in the LEED certification process.

“Tricon, the Owner, and the Consultant developed a strong working relationship during Phase II of the project. We were extremely happy when Tricon was awarded Phase III because we knew we could work together no matter what was encountered during construction. The project involved a variety of unique materials and construction methods. Tricon’s ability to provide quality craftsmanship along with their attention to detail made this project a success.”
