Estimator
We are recruiting an experienced Estimator with a successful track record of estimating the major components of general construction for our Dubuque office. Qualified applicants will have three to five years experience. An architectural, engineering or construction management degree is a plus.

Project Manager
We are recruiting a Project Manager with 7+ years experience managing projects in excess of $1 million. Qualified applicants will be proficient in budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience estimating and managing all aspects of self-performed steel and carpentry components of general construction is required.
